We reciprocate on 'Opens'. The reason for this is that once we get eyeballs on the offer (as measured by Opens), other metrics such as Clicks and Opt-ins are going to depend on the strength of your copy and the relevance of your offer.
We ask you to promote our offer first, send us a screenshot of your email stats showing Opens, and then we will match or better that number.
Once we have cross promoted, we'll meet and debrief to make sure that both partners are happy with the efforts of the other, and if appropriate to refer each other to other proven partners.
